Databall Ltd is based in Manchester (Greater Manchester, United Kingdom) and it founded by Ioannis Laftsoglou (aka Yiannis) in April 2022. Our aim is to help football players, coaches, scouts and agents through research and performance analysis. Our objective feedback can help players and coaches understand their own (or their team's) strengths and weaknesses. Then, they can adapt their training sessions accordingly in order to increase performance and maximise their development. Scouts can get a second opinion on their targets or they can use some of our materials to improve their reports. Finally, agents can understand the value of their clients and they can negotiate better deals. Our models analyse datapoints from every playing position on the pitch and across all phases of the game (in-possession, out of possession, attacking and defending transitions).
